One of my favorite new tools for education or fun is the flip camera. They can be purchased on www.amazon.com right now on sale for 129.99. Be sure to get the mino that is not HD. The HD version has some conversion issues at this time. These cameras are great!!! Easy to use, small, and relatively inexpensive. Basically you hit one button to record and one to stop. Then plug it into your USB to retrive files the same way you would with a flash drive.
